(More customer reviews)The shroud is about an inch to long forthe stock 8 inch barrel. It fits much better on a 10" barrel. Otherwise the shroud is well constructed, all metal and a nice fit around the barrel. I will be getting a 10" barrell ( the longer barrel is better anyway) the look is to cool not to. The reason it didn't get 5 stars is the simple reason that I need to purchase a longer barrel.
