(More customer reviews)Product is great. We however accidentally ordered the wrong size so worked with the company to do an exchange. They gave us the RMA to ship the item back at our cost (no problem since it was our mistake) and told us that they would ship the appropriate size out when they received the return. Waited and waited no new item and no new contact. I had to call them and they said they no longer did that, they would send a gift certificate but they had no information as to where to send it. Baloney! After a couple of calls I finally got the gift certificate only good to work with them and then ordered the correct size (at a higher cost). Not pleased with Zephyr Sports and will not do business with them again.
