(More customer reviews)My son saved up for this paintball gun, and he found out the day he try to use it, that it was defective. After shooting out 4 balls, it started losing gas. My son could not use it and had to rent one for the day. He was very disappointed. Called the company directly and they said they received a few calls regarding this issue and said I could ship it back. Why would I pay for shipping if the item is defective? It took 3 days with 3 attempts to get a free shipping label before I finally received it...and we are still waiting for an update.....
I'm hoping for a new replacement without any defects, but the company said if it's a minor repair,that they will fix and ship it back. I'm not happy about that, in fear that there will be more issues later and I'll have a difficult time getting it resolved, and will have to fork out [...] shipping each way to get it repaired.
