(More customer reviews)I bought a pack of these to test out because they were under 2" in diameter(I needed small grenades to fire from a co2 powered cannon, hoping for the paintball equivalent to a howitzer/mortar). I was surprised by just how small they were(about 1.5" in diameter/4" long). Despite their diminuitive appearance, I decided to test them out. When I tried on the first one, the bb that holds the paint in almost shot out before I'd even finished removing the clip. As I tried to load it, the grenade went off, spraying the cannon's barrel with a bright green goo. Not to be disheartened, I tried again...to the same effect. Finally, I gave up on breech loading and gently dropped the third one into the muzzle. Once it hit the wadding, I aimed at roughly 15 degrees from the ground and fired. It went an easy 100ft, but didn't spread the paint very far. The spray was so fine, I could barely tell where it landed. Looks like I'll be changing to a 3" barrel with BT-M8s. If you wanted to carry these on your person, they would probably work rather well, as it doesn't take much to set them off.
